RemoteServiceForum on the 24th of June 2009 in Karlsruhe: ISS on location

At this years RemoteServiceforum, which will be taking place at the end of June in Karlsruhe, Dr. Stefan Marose will hold an opening speech on "Service Kompetenz entwickeln" ("Developing Service Competence"). Workshops and lectures will be held by end-users and networking will allow for experience and knowledge exchange of concepts and status of remoteservice-technologies with suppliers. The convention will be held at the IHK Karlsruhe.

Power-Starters make use of the ISS study offer till the 4th of May 2009

The ISS International Business School Hamburg is pleased about the new participants who are making use of the ISS Power-Start offer. "The applicants have passed the qualifying examination at the Assessment Center. We are particularly pleased to welcome two competent female participants for the MBA-class 2009", says Prof. Dr. Tilo Böhmann, Head of Research Service Management at ISS.

On Tuesday, the 5th of May, the ISS with its Team will be present at the 24th "Deutschen Ingenieurtag" taking place in Düsseldorf. Prof. Dr.-Ing. Klaus W. Röben, president and VDI contact professor at ISS: "Das Angebot der ISS spricht in erster Linie die Ingenieure an. European Service Science Summit: Service Science Needs to Become Mainstream!

About 100 representatives of chosen institutions with research, economic and politic backgrounds from Europe and Middle East came together on invitation of IBM and the Aalto University Helsinki to discuss future related topics within research, innovation and qualification as well as new ways to interlock economic and research in service. On behalf of ISS, Prof. Dr. Tilo Böhmann took part at the "Service Science Summit".

Future Service Management: ISS on location at the "Technology Services Europe 2009" convention in Barcelona. tse Logo

The ISS was guest at the "Technology Services Europe" in Barcelona - a convention to which service organisations such as AFSMI, SSPA and TPSA yearly invite to. Prof. Dr. Böhmann (ISS), presented together with Wilhelm Taurel (Vice President German Chapter AFSMI) the first results of the "Future Service Management" case study, which will soon be published.
