Hamburg, 27. January 2009

Dear Service Professionals,

Michael René Weberlast Friday we welcomed the new cohort of the part-time MBA program. Within the introductory course a taut program focusing on business fundamentals awaits the students. After which the baton will be given over to the 3rd semester students, who will be facing their last MBA-term and who will be then commencing on their master thesis. Simultaneously the "Service Manager" and a communication training course for construction managers of a Hamburg building company will be taking place at the MarketingAkademie Hamburg - despite crisis, an evident sign that further education proves to being a proper investment for future businesses and their employees - the immediate payback of the specific program not yet included!

Also beyond the teaching institution there is a lot of news to report: Augur Capital Group is a new sponsor. MBA program modules can now be offered to companies separately and individually personalised. The ISS, together with its professors and programs, will be on location in various cities throughout 2009.

I wish you a good read through our newsletter - feel welcome to call us, especially in regard to our company offers.

With best regards,
Sincerely,

ISS International Business School

ISS Business Forum 2008: Video with English closed captioning onlineISS-YouTube

YouTube has given users the option of embedding closed captions that show up as semitransparent overlayers. 18 world market leaders met in Hamburg to discuss future strategies in September of last year - with a focus on Service- and Solution Management. ISS uses subtitles as a service to provide the impressions of that day to our international visitors in a short 9 min movie. The video with closed captioning has an option in the lower right-hand corner menu; a part of the user interface that also houses the toggle to switch to a better streaming quality (HQ).
