Review I: Service congress in Munich: strategy, marketing and financial

A current survey of the KVD has confirmed the opinion of many experts: The development of new services is becoming more and more important. Service-marketing is big in coming and new services are being developed in line with the market. It is here that a clear strategic orientation and the identification of innovative solutions play a great role. Service is increasingly in need of employees, which think strategically and which can act market-driven. Alone the technical education is not sufficient enough. The validated qualification measures offered by the MarketingAkademie Hamburg and by the KVD create ideal premises.

Review II: Maschinenbauforum Pforzheim

The ISS Business School Hamburg, along with her partner the MarketingAkademie Hamburg, was for the first time present with a stand at the "Maschinenbauforum 2008" in Pforzheim. The congress was with an attendance of 450 participants daily, very well visited. Noteworthy was, that the topic of the service experts was not the financial crisis, but the service, which is organisationally integrated in companies as well as a contribution to company success.

Review III: From Taylor to Toyota, from Hamburg to Karlstad: MBA´s are back from Sweden Karlstad-Uni-Logo

After the excursion to the Dublin Business School, the MBA candidates have become acquainted with the service research center in Karlstad. Based on the fact of assemblance and development organisation of a service business, the topic of human resource management stands in center point. The lectrurers, Prof. Dr. Larsson and Dr. Henrietta Huzell are selected experts in human resource management and compiled topics with practical reference to conflict management and team work from various points of view.
