Licensing Regulations

Applicants for the MBA Service Management Program have to meet the following requirements:
  • Recognised professional Diploma or Bachelor Degree of a public or publicly recognised university.
  • Pass of  ISS Admission Test,
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience
  • A minimum of 550 points in the TOEFL Test (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
  • Positive evaluation in personal admission interview

Personal characteristics for successfully completing the part-time MBA Service Management of the ISS include e.g.: Strong willingness to perform, self-initiative, stress-resistance, stamina, willingness to work in teams, self-critique and the ability to provide constructive critique to others.
