With its MBA course specialising in Service Management the ISS offers a solution for the strong market trend: in many productive companies Service Managers fill the role of key-functional executives. Though several companies are still within the process of developing the assignment of a leading service management, the demand becomes stronger and even more specialised. Most Service Managers have international experience but no professional know-how of leading a management and the economic business. This is the focus of the MBA Program with specialisation in Service Management, in which the interdisciplinary academic approach is the centre of the education. Based on a combination of Management Tools, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Law and intercultural thinking, the participants gain an international orientation and learn about the relevant and prospective interests and needs of the international Service Management.

The MBA Service Management is directed towards high potential managers and has been developed for leading executives who want to expand and shape their knowledge and their competence as well as their intercultural abilities to manage the challenge within the world wide Service sector. The alumni of this Program will be able to take over leading roles and positions in service-orientated companies and to expand and develop these positions and their tasks.
