The initiator of the ISS is MarketingAkademie Hamburg, which has been offering international training in Service Management for many years. Its courses take place in Hamburg, America, Africa and in Asia. The ISS can build on this experience at university level. This is a longterm guarantee for the ISS Program’s international orientation, the diversity of its teaching and the close links to business practice.

The ISS Holding Company is the ISS International Business School of Service Management GmbH.

The companies and associations which provide financial support and expert advice to the ISS are organised in the Sponsoring and Economic Advisory Committee. Its members are appointed by the ISS Supervisory Board. The Sponsoring and Economic Advisory Committee’s activities ensure that the Program’s curriculum is continuously updated to meet the requirements of business practice.
